102 | Dexcom G4 PLATINUM Continuous Glucose Monitoring System

If you set your fall rate to 2 mg/dL per minute

and your sensor glucose readings fall at this rate

or faster, the “FALLING single arrow” screen

shows, and the receiver vibrates or beeps in line

withyourprolesettings.

If you set your rise rate to 3 mg/dL per minute

and your sensor glucose readings rise at this

rate or faster, the “RISING double arrow” screen

shows, and the receiver vibrates or beeps in line

withyourprolesettings.

These steps show how to change your rise or fall rate alert settings.

1. Press the UP or DOWN button to choose

“Rise Rate” or “Fall Rate,” and press the

SELECT button.

2. Highlight “On/Off” and then press the

SELECT button.
